The Alumni Association of the Adv. Balasaheb Apte College of Law was duly registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1908, having Registration Number: Greater Mu/0000589/2025. The registration of the Alumni Association as a ‘Trust’ is in process.
The Alumni Association of Adv. Balasaheb Apte College of Law seeks to promote and enhance literacy, learning, and education, with special emphasis on legal education and awareness in various branches of law. It endeavors to establish and assist educational institutions, organize classes, seminars, workshops, training programs, and legal aid clinics, publish academic and legal literature, and collaborate with institutions sharing similar objectives. The Association is dedicated to supporting students through scholarships, career guidance, placement support, and legal aid, particularly for underprivileged and marginalised sections of society. Additionally, it strives to foster unity, professional networking, social responsibility, environmental consciousness, and public welfare initiatives, while carrying out all lawful and supportive activities to achieve excellence in education and social development on a non-profit basis.
