To assist authorities in curbing the menace of ragging, an Anti Ragging Committees as required under the Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999, has been formed in the college. The committee will support the college authorities in deciding all matters relating to ragging. This committee will have the following members:
This committee will decide and finalize Anti Ragging Regulations for the college.
This committee shall meet thrice in one year or on receipt of any complaint of ragging.
The Internal Complaints Committee was set up in People’s Education Society in March 2015 under the Constitution of Internal Complaints committees under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, 2013)

The Moot Court Committee organizes the intra-moot as well as inter-collegiate competitions hosted by the college. The committee also helps the students to prepare for participation in mooting at various competitions.
The Literature Committee has established a ‘Readers’ Club’ and a ‘Movie Club’, wherein member-students discuss legally relevant writings of various authors. Movies related to the field of law are also shown to the member-students.
GRC is to ensure transparency in the institutional functioning, with relation to admission, preventing unfair practices and to provide platform for student faculty and staff to redress their grievance. GRC is constituted in this college to provide measures for speedy and adequate redressal to persons aggrieved, as per the guide lines issued by the Supreme Court of India & UGC.

College Grievance Redressal Committee meetings are to be held twice every year. The meetings for the academic year 2021-22 were held on 26th July 2021 and 17th January 2022.

As per the Provisions laid down by the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Act No. 33 OF 1989, dated 11/09/1989) & the Notification No. GSR – 316 (E) by Ministry of Welfare, New Delhi dated 31/03/1995 and as per the UGC Directives to be adhered and followed by the Educational Institute in this regard, following shall be the SC-ST Committee constituted for Academic Year 2021-22

The major function of the committee would be to investigate the complaints filed by students and staff belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST). The committee should conduct meetings as per requirements and record be maintained accordingly. The entire concerned are requested to take the note and act accordingly.
The following committee has been constituted as “Academic Monitoring Committee” to have smooth functioning of academic session and course completion as per Academic Calendar. Regular Monitoring on syllabus completion and maintain a record for the same.
